We collect only what we need to run The YCM Trading Blueprint, and we do not sell your
information.

Who We Are
The YCM Trading Blueprint is a trading education program run by Your Coins Matter 247 LLC, 101
North 8th Street, Unit 2008, Griffin, Georgia 30223 (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect
when you visit ycmtrader.com, buy our products, or join our training, and how we use and protect it. It
goes with our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

What We Collect

We keep your first and last name and your email address. If you order a paperback book, we also keep

your mailing address so we can ship it.

We get it when you:

• buy the ebook or the program,
• sign up for training,
• write to us at info@ycmtrader.com,
• send us a review or testimonial, or
• ask for support.

We also collect two other things:

• Your TradingView username. We ask for it only if you get our indicators. We use it to send your invite and to take it away when your access ends.
• Basic website and training data. Like most websites, our site and training platform record your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and your lesson progress. We use this to make the site work and keep it safe.

What We Do Not Collect or Keep

• Credit card or bank numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go to them, not to us.
• Your home or mailing address. Our digital products do not need it. We collect a mailing address only when you order a paperback book, and we use it only to ship that book.
• Your TradingView username after your access ends. We delete it then.
• Your information for sale. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Sensitive Information
We do not ask for your Social Security number, government ID, bank account number, health
information, or full card number. Please do not send them to us. If you send them by mistake, tell us,
and we will delete them.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• give you access to your ebook and training,
• send your TradingView invite and remove it when your access ends,
• answer your questions and give you support,
• send you updates about The YCM Trading Blueprint and products that go with it. Every update email has a way to stop receiving them, and you can also ask us at any time,
• keep our site safe, stop fraud, and protect our materials from being copied or shared, as our Terms of Service explain,
• improve our website, ebook, and training, and
• follow the law.

We use your information only for these reasons, and we do not use it for anything that is not a good fit with them.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run The YCM

Trading Blueprint, and only what they need to do their job:

• Stripe, to take your payment. If you order a paperback, your name and mailing address also go to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) so it can deliver your book.
• TradingView, which receives your username when we send or remove your indicator invite.
• Our website, training, and email providers, which store and send the information you give us.
• Our language tool. Our site has a language menu. It may send page text to a translation service so the page can be shown in your language.

These companies have their own privacy policies, and we do not control them. We may also share information when the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to stop fraud or protect our materials. If our business is sold, your information may go to the new owner, who must follow this policy.

What We Do Not Do With Your Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it for ads that follow you around the internet.
• We do not use it to decide things that have a legal effect on you.
• We do not ask for or keep your trading account logins or broker passwords.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves. We use them only to make the site work.

• Login cookies save your login. They last 2 days. If you choose “Remember Me,” your login lasts 2 weeks. When you log out, they are removed.
• Screen option cookies save how you set up your screen. They last 1 year.
• Comment cookies, if you leave a comment, can save your name and email so you do not have to type them again. They last 1 year.
• A test cookie checks if your browser accepts cookies. It holds no personal data and goes away when you close your browser

.Stripe and other companies whose content shows on our pages, such as videos, may set their own cookies. We do not control those.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, parts of the site, such as logging in, may not work.

Keeping It Safe and How Long We Keep It
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as secure connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts, and limiting who can see it. No website or system is 100% safe, so we cannot
promise perfect security. If a data breach happens that affects your information, we will tell you as the
law requires. Please use a strong password and do not share your login.
We keep your name and email while you are a student or a customer, and as long as we need them to
keep records or follow the law. We delete your TradingView username when your access ends.

Your Choices and Your Rights

You can email us at info@ycmtrader.com at any time to:

• ask what information we have about you,
• fix anything that is wrong,
• ask us to delete your information,
• get a copy of your information in a format you can use, or
• stop receiving update emails.

We may ask you to confirm it is really you before we act, to keep your information safe. We will answer within 30 days. We will never treat you worse for using these rights. If you ask us to delete your information, we may have to end your access to the training, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site does not respond to it, because
we do not track you across other websites.
Some states and countries give you extra privacy rights, such as California, Virginia, and Colorado,
and the European Union and United Kingdom. If you live in one, we will honour the rights the law
gives you. We are based in the United States, so your information is handled here, even if you read our
program in another language.

Links to Other Websites
Our site and materials may link to other websites, such as TradingView and the CFTC. We do not
control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

Children
Our products are only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone
under 18. If you think a child gave us information, email us, and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using our site
or products after that, you accept the update.
